Tips
Consume a variety of healthy foods everyday. The partial list to the left shows foods with the highest micronutrient values (vitamins, minerals, and phytochemicals) for the lowest caloric intake with Kale being among the highest. This list was taken from the Aggregate Nutrient Density Index (ANDI) scoring system which ranks various foods in order of Nutrient Density/Calore.
Carry healthy snacks with you to work and while running errands. An apple, banana, or a bag of nuts/seeds is a healthy alternative to a bag of chips or a candy bar. Take more healthy snacks then you can eat in one day so that you are never without an option to eat something healthy.
Prioritize exercise as a part of your day. Remember to include cardio as well as weight training into your exercise regime.
